What people usually ask.
Is RENTALGES a holiday rental?
No. It is not tourist or holiday accommodation. It is designed for professionals who need to stay for weeks or months for work reasons.
Is it a long-term rental or a permanent home?
Neither. It is a seasonal tenancy, limited to the duration of the assignment and within what Spanish law allows. It never becomes a permanent home.
How is it contracted and invoiced?
As a service: an invoice with VAT issued to the company or the professional. It is not a traditional tenancy agreement with private individuals.
What is included and what is not?
A furnished studio apartment with an equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning and a daily change of sheets and towels are not included: hotel services that make the stay more expensive and are not needed on a long assignment.
Who is it for?
Mainly professionals travelling for projects, site work, audits or training, and companies with teams on site who want a single invoice.
Why is it cheaper than a hotel?
Because the price is seasonal, not per night, and because we drop the daily services that add nothing on a multi-week stay.
